There are seven chakras starting from the first at the bottom of the groin, followed by two more below the navel. Then, there are four more energy points from above the navel going all the way up to the top of the head. The Chakras represent energies latent in these points. Starting from the first one at the bottom, moving upwards, they represent transition from materialistic and worldly pleasures to the attainment of spiritual oneness at the top of the head. The free flow of unhindered energies through these energy points ensures good mental and physical health. One’s sound body and intellect is enhanced by Chakras and manifest itself through Aura around the body. Similarly, a thick aura can send positive waves to Chakras and causes the life force to flow free through them.
