It will definitely benefit the one having physical health issues like constant headaches, lethargy, constant feeling of exhaustion, insomnia, appetite-loss. It can also prove to be a remedy for psychological issues like anxiety, attention deficiency, lack of confidence and self-esteem.

There has not been any dedicated temple to Goddess Asvayujau. But, the ritual to pay homage to her can be done with the help of priest who can chant excerpts of Rig Veda while performing Yagna or Sacrificial Fire. The puja performed with dedication and complete faith will surely bring the desired results for the devotee, bringing health, wealth and happiness.
