The Yogis and Sadhus continued to use their sacred knowledge and spiritual energy for their enlightenment and moksha while their followers found a way through these Shabar mantras to solve their own troubles. One of the very large and acknowledged holy texts on Shabar mantras, the Ramcharitmanas belonged to the Vaishnav community. It comprises of the Hanumana Chalisa, Sankatmochan, Hanumana Satika, in fact most of the mantras and chalisas known to people are of Shabar nature.
