Karan Sekhri – It’s true that you won’t see them on any public platform or media but with little more devoted efforts you may meet one of them but this search has no fixed time period or place. Anyways let me get to the true sense of your question that if they possess certain powers so why don’t they come and show it in public or help humanity. Now there are two aspects one is serving the humanity well surely they do but we sitting in cities or metros cannot see it as they usually help people in their surroundings like people in small villages in the India always have certain stories regarding some saint coming to their village helping the ill or starving people with his powers. Now coming onto the next part as I have written earlier also in some other section that if one starts pursuing spiritual path everything else leaves him. Now this term ‘everything else’ primarily contains sense of fame or pride. Getting a single spiritual power is not easy it takes years of selfless efforts but once you achieve it then there is nothing left. For example in FIFA if some player scores 3 goals in a single match he becomes a legend among his team, media, countrymen, fans across globe etc. He will start giving interviews, endorsing products, partying day and night. But what if somehow science is able to mentally detach him from this entire name and fame scenario then whatever match he will be playing would be primarily for his own interest and for the true spirit of the game. He will not be worrying for his future or bank balance or endorsement deals etc. Similarly during spiritual journey one gets detach from the world altogether moreover its related senses of pride, fame, name etc. So when one attains power then there are no intentions left to get something out of it especially fame or show it off to others or in media etc. In fact it changes the way one looks at life altogether.
